Privacy Notice
This notice describes information handled through the DialLeads website, CRM service, and Android application.
Website and demo requests
The demo form asks for your name, business, work phone, work email, approximate telecaller count, an optional message, and consent. We use these details to respond to the enquiry and discuss DialLeads. Do not submit passwords, financial information, lead lists, or sensitive data through this public form.
CRM account and lead data
Authorized users may access or enter account details, leads, contact information, campaigns, notes, dispositions, follow-ups, tasks, attendance, and related business records according to their organization’s configuration and permissions.
Android calling permission
When a user chooses a direct SIM call, the Android app asks for CALL_PHONE permission so Android can place that selected call. DialLeads does not use this permission to start background calls.
Read-only call-log access
When a user opens Call Logs and continues past the explanation, the app asks for READ_CALL_LOG and READ_PHONE_STATE. It uses read-only access to match device call entries with assigned lead numbers and identify the SIM used. The app does not request WRITE_CALL_LOG and its call-log integration cannot edit or delete device call history.
App security and storage
The app connects to the configured DialLeads service over HTTPS and stores session credentials using platform secure storage. Android application backup and cleartext network traffic are disabled in the release configuration.
Choices and questions
Device permissions can be declined and later changed in Android Settings; the affected calling or call-log feature will remain unavailable without its required permission. Use the Contact page for privacy questions or requests about data associated with your account or demo enquiry.
