These terms cover the DialLeads website, CRM service, and Android application.
Authorized use
Use DialLeads only through an account and organization that have authorized you. Keep login credentials private and follow the roles, permissions, device policies, and commercial terms set by your organization.
Calling and data responsibilities
Organizations and users remain responsible for the lawfulness of lead data, calling practices, consent, contact frequency, recordings outside DialLeads, messaging, retention, and responses to data-rights requests under applicable law.
Android permissions
Direct SIM calling and read-only call-log matching are optional device features. Review the in-app explanation and Android permission prompt before enabling them. Do not use DialLeads to access or process device or lead data without appropriate authority.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious payloads, interfere with availability, bypass request limits or license validation, misuse another organization’s data, or use the service for unlawful activity.
App distribution and updates
Install the Android APK only from get.dialleads.in, verify the published SHA-256 checksum when appropriate, and retain the official application ID and signer by installing genuine DialLeads updates.
